The Town of Pamplin provides a public water system consisting of three wells. Average daily use is 22,000 gallons. Storage capacity is 75,000 gallons. Sewerage - The Town of Appomattox operates a sewerage system with a treating capacity of 300,000 gallons per day. Actual usage is currently 130,000 gallons daily. Solid Waste Disposal - Appomattox County operates a public landfill which accepts nonhazardous residential and commercial waste. |
